The Data Explorer page is broken into two pieces. 

The first - at the top of the screen - is the [[header bar|header bar]]. This tells you which dashboard you're looking at, and provides a number of controls.

The second is the body of your dashboard, which includes a number of [[panels|panels]] which display information about your [[channels|measurement channels]].
