The short answer is not usually. ARDI is designed to work along-side your existing systems and add value to them, rather than replacing them.
However, you might need to make some changes.
ARDI needs to be able to access all of the different sources of information you have. In some cases, you’ll need to create new users, enable some features, upgrade a license or install a new component to allow ARDI (and any other system you have) to read from your data source.
In some situations, you might be communicating with something we haven’t yet built a driver for.
In this case, there are a few options available.
- We can create new drivers for you,
- You can create your own driver using our Python or C# API, or
- We can use a piece of middleware to translate the information to a more common format
