Sine-Wave Driver

This adds support for sine-wave data in your ARDI system.

Although the Cycling Text File Driver is usually the ideal driver for testing, sometimes you want to get something running fast. The sine-wave driver gives you information that is smoother and more predictable than that from the Random driver.
