Reports

The Reporting addon is designed to help you build, publish and automate all kinds of periodic content. This not only includes shift summaries, daily reports and weekly updates as PDFs, but the system can also generate automatically-submitted regulatory reports, audio announcements, PowerPoint presentations and videos.

Your reports are built in Python, so are incredibly powerful and easy to customise. Unlike most tools, you’re not limited to just those styles of report that your system is designed to produce – you can create entirely new types of data visualisation that is designed for your needs and your people, and perform analytics customised to your sites requirements.

For those who use Large Language Models such as Claude or Chat-GPT, you can build reports by having a conversation with your AI model of choice – building new analytics and calculating real-world performance KPIs by just describing what you need.

Along with providing Python frameworks to quickly and easily make the reports themselves, the system…

• Provides a easy-to-use UI to find and generate reports,
• Caches recent reports to ensure time isn’t wasted re-creating the same report many times
• Lets you create reports with custom visuals and analytics,
• Allows you to create reports in exotic formats, such as PowerPoint presentations or video files,
• Can create reports in multiple formats or with optional extra detail such as CSV or Excel spreadsheets along-side PDF files,
• Consolidates PDF reports into ‘bundles’ that can be automatically sent via email, copied to network shares or uploaded to services
• Performs anomaly detection to identify reports showing unusual figures, helping to combat report fatigue
• Provides APIs to get the latest reports, thumbnails and to embed reports into other systems.

This is a limited addon.

This means that users with a Starter license or those who don’t take the Unlimited Reports option for their ARDI license will be limited to 10x reports total.

You still have access to the full set of report functionality – the only limitation that applies is the total number of reports available at any one time.
