Schedule

The schedule addon works with your systems existing task scheduling solution to trigger events at particular times of day, week or month.

It’s primarily used for to generate and distribute reports, but it can also be used by other addons that need to be triggered at specific times. For example, you can…

• Push out reports for specific crews at appropriate times of day,
• Trigger the calculation of daily KPIs,
• Perform cleanup/maintenance for any custom solutions,
• Clear totals and counters.

The addon also provides the ability to manually override or trigger events (for example, forcing re-generation of reports that may have failed due to a faulty data source) using a user-friendly UI.

And it allows ARDI admins to fine-tune the schedule of events without needing to work directly with Windows Task Scheduler or Linux CRON.
