Citect Driver

This adds Citect servers as a data source to your ARDI server.

This lets you connect to CITECT HMI/SCADA systems to read live data.

This driver requires specific library files that we can not legally distribute with the ARDI driver software. You will need to install the CTAPI library and all of its dependent files in your driver directory.
