Cycling Text File Driver

This adds Cycling Text Files as a data source to your ARDI server.

This lets you read TXT, CSV and XLSX files into ARDI as repeating time-series.

Note that the first column of your text file must be a sequence of numbers from 0 upwards, representing the total elapsed seconds.

This driver is normally used when working with simulated data, artificial data, or when there's only a small amount of real-world sample information to work with.
